Due to the demand for prompt information and the fact that I finally scored 43 exquisite and important runs I have updated this only a day after the match. As the second top scorer was extras with 13, a total of 90 was never likely to be enough. That being said, we yet again had no luck whatsoever and although a superb spell of 11 overs for just 12 runs (with 2 wickets) from Chris Jones kept us in it, their first 30 runs all being edges set the tone. Our inability to bowl teams out at the moment is frustrating..........perhaps we are too good??
